Q: WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

A: We operate worldwide, shipped from our production partner's locations.

Q: I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS BUT THEY ARRIVED IN DIFFERENT DELIVERIES?

A: Since WiggyWear™ is a Print On Demand business we operate across multiple different production partner locations, meaning majority of the time your packages will arrive from different locations at different times.

Q: HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

A: All order vary actually. Since WiggyWear™ is a POD (Print On Demand) company we operate across multiple different Production Partner locations. Our Jewelry takes 1-3 to be produced and is shipped through USPS which takes 3-5 business days for delivery. All of our clothing takes 1-3 business days to be produced and 1-3 days through USPS. And our Hooded Blankets & Wallet Phone Cases take between 5-7 business days for production and 7-10 business days for shipping. 

Q: IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

A: Absolutely. We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store any of your credit card information and it will only be used for the purchasing of your product. Then that information will be purged.

Q: DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

A: We usually are able to offer all of our customers a full refund, of course following our return policy (mainly make sure you purchased the product within the past 30 days).
